I've been watching this for an hour and a half and it's 5-46am PST, Ojai. The forest to the south, the little wall, and the lawn should all be lit up, as it is every full moon, and there should be no need for an outside light on. Everything is as pitch dark as though it were the dark day, before new moon.
Wow.
