Sometimes charts and such make understanding easier. I hope the following brings clarity upon the matter. Rather than sitting in confusion and mystery.
Judaeorum doesn't mean "Jews" it means "of Judea" the Romans knew very well who the king of Judea was. Yeshua. It's why Pilate wrote it in 3 languages to shove it up the Pharisees hypocritical and lying bums. There were no Israelites at the time of Yeshua because Israel Was not a Kingdom anymore. Yeshua Was from the Tribe of Judah and So was a Hebrew.
Now regards the blue eye thing. Originally, the blue bloods (nephilim offspring of the watchers and called the elite even then) were only in that high caste. Over thousands of years those genes have spread worldwide, where eye color no longer matters. You find nephilim and hybrids, in every race, color, creed and eye color. It doesn't make them evil; that's a choice one makes in the temple of one's heart.
