Satan/Moloch/Baal/Lucifer do not reign in Hell, currently Satan is the god of this world (according to St. Paul) and will be cast down from this realm into the lake of fire when Christ returns. Hell was built for the rebellious angels, saying that Satan rules Hell is like saying that Tyrone who is on an infinite amount of life sentences in prison rules the prison.
Hell is just exceedingly more horrific for the human soul because we aren't supposed to be there and we realize that one actually had a chance to repent (if one finds the.self there) through God's Grace and atonement of the Cross. The fallen angels/demons do not have grace or atonement, only humans. They also hate humanity so will torture the human souls who find themselves in Hell. Even the deceived souls who pledged allegiance to Satan will still be tortured by him.
Satan is the archetype of all things evil. Such behavior is his realm. He is not the "King of Hell", he lord of LIES AND AGONY.
If
you think for one second that Satan would repay his followers for their
labors, you are a fool. He wants you to trust him so he can profit off
you, and throw you to the side when you are no longer useful.
Satan has NO LOYALTY. As soon as his servants die, their mortal value to him (Corrupting souls in the living realms) is over.
Now,
they have nothing to offer Satan anymore, and Satan owes them no debt.
The deal is done. They have no means to collect on all their works. When
servants of Satan arrive at Hell's gates, they go there expecting to be
greeted as faithful members of the demonic house.
What they find is,
no such house exists for them. What they find is that their new eternal
master revels only in causing them to suffer. They will find no relief
and no escape. All their worldly possessions were left behind, all their
influence severed. They have nothing left to offer that could appease
Satan's blood lust. They have no promise they could make that would
ransom their souls.
They made a deal with the LORD OF LIES AND EVIL, and expected a good outcome. And guess what? You get what you precisely deserve. Your payoff for what you have done, life after life, in and of, evil is what you reap. Pain, horror, fire. Unending FIRE.
In other words, friends: REPENT.

How do i get saved?
Repent and believe the
gospel of Yeshua (Jesus) Christ; that He died for your sins, was
buried, and resurrected from the dead on the third day.
Repentance
is simply a change of heart about yourself.
It is written in 2 Corinthians 7:10 that 10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
It is to have sorrow towards Adonai (God) over what you ARE. The fact that YOU have sinned against Adonai by breaking HIS laws makes you a sinner against Him. Without Yeshua (Jesus) Christ you are worthy and on your way to hell RIGHT NOW.
Repentance can be summed up into simply coming to God as a soul in corruption, seeking renewal, healing, and a new heart. Be sincere.
Call
upon and Receive Yeshua (Jesus) Christ as your PERSONAL Savior and
trust what He did on the cross for YOU, and He resurrected the third
day. Believe on that with your heart.
