CSA “Capt” Wm. Clarke Quantrill
William Clarke Quantrill (July 31, 1837 – June 6, 1865) was a Confederate guerrilla leader during the American Civil War.
He is responsible for a series of brutal and bloody massacres, which were entirely unwarranted, and was as a point of note, not really a captain, he was given an honorary rank of captain, under the Confederate Govt, to secure his loyalty.
He was also a #nephilim, like CSA Ambrose Powell Hill, under General Lee, and so many others in the Confederacy.
