Dude looks like a lady. His right eye is normal, but his left eye is in shift. This is very often what I notice, when they want to give you the Evil Eye - now you know what that really means - is one eye will shift while the other keeps you engaged. The one in slits is slipping a quick curse or hex on you (usually a hex) as you converse.
I've noticed also, that they always pull this stunt while they are in some kind of distracting bodily motion; getting up or sitting down; a backward quick glance, like that.

And if you watch long enough, you can spot it right off your own self. Just watch for that moment of body/head movement toward or away, usually away. They'll do it every time.
This is nephilim spotting. The shapeshifters have repeatable tells, if you been paying attention to the information given over on this site.
And it also pays to be super alert because they are always on the hunt, the kill, the scam, the grift, the long con, always busting a move against you. Always, always, always.
After enough years, it gets plain tedious. But, no matter that, it is ALWAYS dangerous when they know you can spot them with very little effort and their moves to deceive just fall flat every time.
And then there's the bored Donnie years. Where about 10, 15 years ago I started messing with them, usually their thing against them. Like mentally telling them, then commanding them, to shift or think of blood. When you have power over demons, as Holy Spirit Filled folks do, these demons must obey and can hear telepathically. Use that to expose them to the blind around you. But the blind have to on the alert, because of their deep brainwashing, even if you get them to shift in front of people, they still don't see it. The mind control in TV and Music is that good.
Keep at it though. I do.
