And miraculously, storms and water appear out of nothing, all over the southwest and soon, the rest of Cali. Amazing how that happens. Like when storms and rain appeared every time last summer they started lighting forest fires again. And it will this summer and ever, ever after.

I put up these ongoing things to show the rest of the world that does not live in these areas, that these things be true. The news usually blacks out such things, outside any given storm area. Clearly after a night's drenching all over Northern California, the main punch is about to land and hard. Again, one from the north, one by the left flank (an old fave of mine, as it happens) and as needed, from the south as well.
It's the usual mega thing, but not always. There are only 5 mega storms, not 16. The rest are mostly to keep cadence, keep the lands fertile and green, etc etc.
