This is why we have had and will have, storms that bring sea surges, flooding, and torrential rains. Only way to get these things is to saturate the ground, nudge it with an EQ, and the change in underground rivers, ruins the whole works.
And, this is my favorite part, especially where the major intersections and hubs are, beneath our feet. The tunnels shown in the video are first tier tunnels. There are much uglier things much deeper. Pray for more rain, because these tunnels are not for you.
