So, it started a few days before winter solstice.
I don’t celebrate Christmas, but it was the usual «Santa Claus is
coming to town» and «jingle bells» that kept on repeating in my head
after shopping groceries. Christmas-lights everywhere, no baby-Jesus in
sight anywhere, only Santa Claus, elves, reindeer’s and ‘Christmas
magic’, and of course plenty of Christmas trees. You know, those are not
considered religious symbols, only baby-Jesus is, so they remove Him.
However the same symbols that are not regarded religious now, was
regarded religious in ancient Babylon, Greece and Rome. But, this isn’t
really about Christmas at all. But the feeling of being an alien on this
earth does come around at these times.
I had this date that kept coming to mind, the tenth day of the tenth
month. I was reading about the Babylonian siege against Jerusalem. It
says: «And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth
month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of
Babylon came, he, and all his host, against Jerusalem, and pitched
against it; and they built forts against it round about.» (II Kings
25:1). The date is probably accidental, right? Or is it? But since this
particular date kept coming back into my mind.
Out of curiosity, I just had to check it out. Where did the Biblical
tenth day of the tenth month land on the Roman (now standard) calendar
in 2015? That’s when I found that the 22nd of December proved to be that
date, and it was also the date of the winter solstice. I thought this
was an interesting comparison; in Ezekiel we learn how the Israelites
were worshipping Babylonian gods like Tammuz, and also the queen of
heaven right before the siege. But that they also knelt down towards the
sun in the east while their backs were turned on God’s law and the Ark
of the Covenant in the Sanctuary. At the time when God shows him these
scenes, He says to Ezekiel: “Hast thou seen this, O son of man?” (Ezekiel 8:17) «And
he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at
the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar,
were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of
the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun
toward the east. Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of
man?» (Ezekiel 8:16). And then: «He
said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? Even the
great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I
should go far off from my sanctuary?» (Ezekiel 8:6).
For what happened after Ezekiel had been shown these things? The next
big event was that Babylon sieged Jerusalem. The very power whose gods
they had worshipped, had sieged them.
This is definitely a moment similar to when the Jewish people said when
rejecting Jesus: «We have no king but Caesar». (John 19:15). And who was
it that destroyed their temple about 40 years later? Wasn’t it the
Roman leader that they had pledged to be their king?
The same thing happened when they turned their backs on God’s earthly
throne and His law to worship the Babylonian-inspired Sun-god and his
laws. They chose away the true God. And thus the suppression under pagan
kings started. Remember the statue that God showed Nebuchadnezzar and
Daniel? The
head of gold, and the kingdoms that followed it would continue to
subdue God’s people? However, only until Gods own kingdom would be
re-established with a people who have turned their backs on Babylon, to
pledge their loyalty and worship to the King of Kings, and to go with
His law. Symbolically speaking God’s people need to do the opposite of
that which the corrupted leaders of Judah did.
These kingdoms were also shown to Daniel as different beasts. But they were only “beasts” when they became associated with God’s people, which is a very important point to understand. Babylon weren’t “a beast” while it was a smaller kingdom, having no relation to God’s people. Or when representatives of that country came to visit Hezekiah, and he showed them all the treasures of Judah (II Kings 20:14-15). There were Babylonian kings before Nebuchadnezzar, but he was told that: «Thou art this head of gold» (Daniel 2:38). Babylon became “a beast” the moment they sieged Jerusalem the last time, with the intention of destroying God’s people, the city, and the temple.
Could the time they besieged Jerusalem have landed on a holiday or a feast time for the winter solstice? It did this year, so why not in that year also? If so, it would indeed have had some greater meaning. Regardless, the symbolism is still there, the power they followed spiritually was the one that ended up destroying them, taking them captive and ruling over them.
And so, as I was thinking about this, the meaning of the date of the tenth day and thetenth
month. If it had a deeper meaning, I felt impressed to do something I
hadn’t even thought about, until the moment I actually did. Ron’s ark of
the covenant discovery came to mind. I was impressed to go check the
6th of January 1982 and what biblical day and month that date landed on.
I went on Stellarium (an astronomy program) and checked an old calendar
and some other sources and there it was. It looked like the day Ron
Wyatt entered the chamber that contains the Ark of The Covenant,
actually was the same, which means that the discovery made in the year
1982 was in fact on the biblical 10th day in the 10th month. The very
date that had been circulating in my head for days. So what could the
meaning of this be? Was it just coincidental that Ron Wyatt found the
Ark on the exact same date or was there some deeper meaning? Did Ron
even know the biblical date he ended up finding the Ark, or was it just
January 6th to him?
So, imagine that an army has just besieged Jerusalem, and you realize
the seriousness of the situation. If then, you were in charge of hiding
the ark, if it would come to that. Would you wait a few days into the
siege to find out if they were serious, or would you hurry up and get
the Ark and hide it straight away? I would have done the latter. If they
actually hid the Ark the same day the Babylonians sieged the city, then
Ron found the Ark on the same day it was hidden.
Regardless, the biblical date could be a witness that Ron found the Ark
on the date that God had chosen, and that the time he found it had
nothing to do with his own cleverness. Something Ron stated himself
repeatedly. If it was hid then or not, the date still mark when the
beast-system started.
Could it have some meaning? For what do we know about the end of times?
Spiritual Babylon is still suppressing God’s people. His people are
told to leave Babylon because He is about to punish her, and because of
her crimes, He will cause her to have plagues (Rev. 18).
After God’s people have been under the influence of the powers shown in
the statue of Daniel, the tables will finally turn as God prepares to
destroy Babylon and her spiritual descendants. The reappearing of the
Ark could be signalling just that. For if His ark was taken away and
hidden after, or around the time Babylon sieged the city, it is very
interesting that it would resurface right before God is about to destroy
the ‘statue’, or the spiritual descendants of Babylon. The ark coming
back into play seems to say that Babylon’s days are numbered, and the
Arks hiding place is revealed, not to be subdued under Babylon but to
conquer the enemy. And what better day for it to take place then the
very day Babylon once sieged God’s people? What better day for God to
siege Babylon or give the promise that the siege of Babylon will finally
end?
For is this not what the Ark will testify, and already are testifying?
The law of God, the foundation of God’s kingdom, is again set before
man. Will we follow Babylon and her sins, or will we follow God and his
ways? Will we finally turn our backs on the «sun» and all it’s symbols
and bend our knees and turn our faces towards the throne of God and the
law inside it? Not physically of course, but symbolically speaking. Who
do we follow? Who is our King?
Remember how the Ark was taken captive by the Philistines at a time when Israel had failed God? «And
the Philistines took the ark of God, and brought it from Eben–ezer unto
Ashdod. When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into
the house of
Dagon, and set it by Dagon. And when they of Ashdod arose early on the
morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the
ark of YHVH. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.
And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon was
fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of YHVH; and the
head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the
threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him.» (I Samuel 5:1-4).
The Ark was taken into the temple of the god Dagon, a Babylonian
priest-god, to signify that the Babylonian God had humiliated the King
of the Ark. What happened at that time? Well, God turned the tables in
Dagon’s own temple, the next morning they found that the statue of Dagon
had fallen down in front of the Ark. They put it back up in it’s place,
but the next morning the statue had fallen again, and it’s head and
hands were cut off. The first time the god of Babylon is wounded and
humiliated, the next time it’s decapitated and it’s hands are chopped
off. Why the head and it’s hands? In Revelation 14 we learn about the
Mark of the Beast that is taken on the forehead and the hand, that it
represents worship. The head symbolizes thoughts and plans, and the
hands represents someone’s actions. In Revelation we are clearly taught
that those who partake in Babylon’s actions will also receive her
punishment. It is a good time to consider if we really are following the
lead of The King of Kings, or if we are following the lead of the
Babylonian «priests».
The 10th day of the 10th month is only ever tied to the clash between
Babylon and God’s people. And thus, if the date Ron found the Ark is not
accidental, it is aimed towards Babylon or it’s a sign to God’s people.
