Above is Barstow, where it is clearly raining with a HUGE storm front moving in from the east. But, as they always do now, they show a cloudy day, and in detail, of a 15% chance of rain, when IT IS RAINING THERE RIGHT NOW AND WILL ALL DAY. This is their deception.
