Revelation 13-14
"...that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed."
Only in our time can such a thing be. The above in Revelation is not referring to this automaton; this thing is just a precursor to what's coming. It scans you for the mark; if not compliant, it will kill you, like the bot dogs are designed to do.
